Founded in
1969 by Mrs. Baker of Village Green, The Virginia Peninsula
Swim Union, VPSU, has had over 39 years of outstanding
summer swimming competitions between the swimmers of
neighborhood team pools on the Hampton Roads
peninsula.
If anyone has any
information or pictures of the early days of VPSU, please
forward us a copy so we can post it for everyone to
enjoy!
In 2008 VPSU will consist of 19 teams
broken down into 4 different swim divisions. It is
a Pool Parent Volunteer organization representing over 1000
swimmers.
